We are proud to offer a well-recognized dementia care unit serving the Four Corners area. We offer 12 rooms in a lovely, spacious home environment that includes a dining area, activity/TV/music area with a piano, and a cozy sitting area around the fireplace. The courtyard provides more than 1/4 mile of paved walkway.

With more than 50% of the aging population carrying a diagnosis of some form of dementia, we offer care based on their special needs. The Vista Mesa facility has security features, and residents have home-like surroundings in a specially designed unit. Our staff engage in this special type of care, and residents are directed and supported when the disease process leads to difficult behaviors. Our philosophy is that this special unit is their home.
